Celebrity Gossip Conan O'Brien has been making new chums during his time off from hosting a late-night show - and now one of them is getting lots of free things for her marriage, thanks to him. It worked nicely for Sarah Killen, a 19-year-old from Michigan.

After joining the Twittersphere just last month, O'Brien started to follow Killen about 2 weeks back, in an amusing try to follow a "random" person. The attention has drawn Killen and her fianc a lot of freebies and special presents for their impending marriage. Celebrity Gossip "I'm marrying on Sep 25th, and we did not know if we might be ready to justify the cost. Now I am getting custom made shoes and a dress from Kelima in N. Y. We are getting a limousine, Classic Creations gives us marriage bands and there is a vineyard in California sending us wine. And will O'Brien be attending the Killen's Massive Day? He is actually invited. "My fianc wants Conan to be his best man," she said. And hey, if he needs us to come on his show, we might get wed on there. - dating Jamie Foxx? Jamie Foxx hits Oscar red carpet with the stunning ( and much forgotten ) Stacey Dash.
