Should Boy George be permitted on Celebrity Enormous Brother?

George - true name George O'Dowd - went to court to try to lift a Probation Service ban on him appearing in the show. In May this year, the crooner was let go from jail under licence after being pronounced guilty of imprisoning a male escort. Under the terms of his release George must wear an ankle monitoring tag and keep to a curfew. I consider that right-thinking members of the general public would think that an offender serving the non-custodial part of a sentence of imprisonment shouldn't be permitted to take a role in a high profile, questionable TV production, plugging his standing as a celebrity and with substantial finance '...I consider that right-thinking members...' gain, Mr Justice Bean said to the BBC while a speaker for the Probation Service asserted they were happy with the judgement. The final series of Celebrity Big Brother is scheduled to start on third Jan , and Boy George could have earned a projected two hundred thousand for appearing. What do you think?
