The fifteen year old was designated for an Academy Award for her role in 2007's amendment and she went on to land a role in Peter Jackson's new film The Wonderful Bones, opposite Mark Wahlberg and Rachel Weisz. Ronan is certain it is hard for young stars to remain grounded among all of the pressures of celebrity, but she is driven to avoid difficulty and keep her name out of the gossip columns. She tells the L. A. Times, 'I do not think I'd ever need celebrity like them ( other kid stars ). I must say, I suspect Miley Cyrus is still quite young. She's what' Seventeen' I suspect she is awfully brave for all that celebrity to be thrown at her so young. I do not envy her at all - or any of those girls who get that much attention. The stuff that comes afterward - the press and premieres - it's fine, it's fun but what I actually need to do is work on my acting. '. |
