'Gossip Girl ' Penn Badgley joins Occupy Wall St protests.

The Gossip Girl star attended a collection of speeches this week in NY Town , where protesters have gathered to oppose a selection of political causes.

Badgley claimed he felt a requirement to lend his celebrity standing to the growing youth protest movement. But I'd like to do whatever I can," Capital NY quotes him as exclaiming.
