Child of Billy Bob Thornton charged per child death in Central Florida, celebrity site asserts.

Ocoee police confirmed that Amanda Brumfield, twenty-nine, is charged with kid neglect causing harm or incapacity and was in custody. Brumfield told investigators a girl she was babysitting hit her head in a fall in an Ocoee home on Oct three, Investigator James Berish recounted in a stories release.

Brumfield requested help more than 2 hours later when she could not revive the girl, police in the town near Orlando said. A postmortem determined the girl had a smashed skull and brain injury. The medical examiner dominated the death a homicide and claimed the reason Brumfield gave was inconsistent with the kid's wounds, police expounded. Thornton's publicist Arnold Robinson asserted the actor hasn't had contact with Brumfield for quite a little time.
