We all love being 'in the know' about the stars. But as KTLA's Jessica Holmes reports, all too frequently star gazing becomes an all-consuming obsession. What occurs when our emotion for celeb gossip becomes a major star gossip addiction? KTLA went to the mavens, who say it's not difficult to read the signs. " Folk truly tend towards 'How to get your hair like Jennifer Aniston,' " Cararas says. "It appears like folks are spending less time basically doing work and more time surfing the Web, " Cararas says. At KTLA, entertainment columnist Sam Rubin claims there is a difference between an off-the-cuff interest in Hollywood and an unhealthy obsession. I'm the single-stop gossip obsession feeding machine. " Though he is best-known as ' Perez Hilton,' his true name is Mario Lavandeira. And he asserts his celebrity gossip obsession barely permits time for sleep. "I'm steadily putting up new content. " Perez claims his site gets about 10,000,000 pages a day.
